Hanging Options

• Command strips will let you hang your mugwall but ensure to apply enough to hold up 15 lbs as mugs can get a bit heavy.
• The most secure option is to buy drywall achors and screws at the hardware store (make sure you have a drill for this!)

These mug holders are made from recycled pallet wood. Please expect minor variations in wood thickness and appearance.

Thank you for purchasing a pallet mug holder from us! Should you wish to return a damaged mug rack bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange it for a new mug rack. Returns should be made within 7 days and in original undamaged packaging. 

If the item is not to your liking, you may return it for a full refund, however, you are responsible for the shipping cost. If the item arrives damaged, we will reimburse you for the shipping cost in order to return the product. The item can either be returned for a refund or exchanged for an equivalent item. East Africa Energy Solutions will pay for exchange shipping costs. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund through your initial payment method.
